60' x 8' x 11' deep free-standing pickling tanks w/ blasted and epoxy coated steel support frames.

60' x 8' x 11' deep copolymer polypropylene tanks with epoxy coated steel support

Copolymer polypropylene tank with individually encapsulated steel supports

 Steel frames can be individually encapsulated in plastic to insure a corrosion free environment for the support structure.

Tanks can also be designed without the use of steel for support.

All Plastic design to the right is:

40' x 8' x 6' deep.

All copolymer polypropylene self-supporting tanks (no steel)

copolymer polypropylene work basketscopolymer polypropylene work baskets with steel superstructure

Dip Baskets can be made out of Copolymer Polypropylene to withstand the rough use that usually accompanies the pre-galvanizing process.
