Shape Nesting (TSN)
Because any shape parts, of the same material and thickness, are fitted
(nested) on a sheet of stock, regardless of contour, size, or position.
Sheet stock is simply placed on a CNC router and all finished components
are machined in a single setup eliminating additional material handling,
while dramatically increasing productivity and thereby reducing costs.
In typical nesting operations, parts must be nested by human
manipulation and placed on the sheet stock. Next the stock is cut to
size. Only then can the individual parts be placed on the machine for
CNC cutting. With TSN the tedious and time consuming steps to breaking
down components for nesting is done automatically.

Frame
The
machine frame is constructed of heavy wall, structural steel fabrication
with a cross-webbed type bed and main frame assembly. Following stress
relieving, way mounts are precision machined to ensure precise guide way
alignment. Frame has been designed and analyzed using Finite Element
Analysis software.
